I think I've actually not only finished a storyline, but have COMPLETED design on not just one, but TWO original characters. When I finish the pencils, I'll be uploading the final draft sketches of both (despite the obvious errors). The third main character in the series is still stuck in design phase limbo... no ideas.
Oh, yeah... I'm still here, somewhat. I really haven't had much time (or inspiration) to draw anything lately. My job is really swallowing what time I've had ever since last November. Kinda frustrating that I just can't relax or even put anything to paper. But one interesting thing I've been doing is mentoring a young up-n-coming artist from time to time. She hasn't really been drawing very long, but she's got TONS of untapped talent. I've been showing her everything I've learned on my own and she's an incredibly fast learner. I've bought most of her art materials in order to keep her focused, and it tends to work most of the time. If you have a chance, you should check out her stuff here.
Ok, I just made this page today and these 3 drawings of mine are the only ones I could scrounge up. They are almost 10 years old, but as soon as I get a computer... and a scanner... and some skill, I'll be posting more of my recent drawings up here. Maybe I'll develop an original character or two.
